Mom's first knitted hat!

Cold weather is coming in so I used my knifty knitters loom and made Eleanor a hat. It was tons of fun so I also made one for my cousin Becky who is having a boy. Then I pulled out my crochet hooks and started crocheting which I haven't done in sooooo many years. I will take some photos of my creations.

Mommy and Ella

I tried taking a photo of the two of us, but clearly she is the more photogenic so we'll just stick to photos of her.

Eleanor and rice cereal!

At around 5 months I noticed Elle was really interested in anything we eat or drink and she started sticking her tongue out so we decided to try rice cereal and it was a hit! She got a good amount down. Funny thing though is that I go Yum Yum when I feed it to her and so now she thinks she is supposed to talk and make noises while she is eating. Makes it a little harder to get the food in. :)

Campin on Halloween!

For Halloween we went to Cold Creek just outside of Las Vegas with my parents and their RV.
Warren and my Dad had alot of fun on their quads. They even got me out on one for a while. I don't mind quads but I prefer the automatic ones and all we had were manual for this trip. So I kind of ran over my foot but otherwise it was a fun weekend!
Here is our little pumpkin growing by the creek :)

There were wild horses all over the place, this was the prettiest one.

Week 18

Week 18 was very eventful for Eleanor. She has a bouncy seat and up till now she could only grab the outside two rings, then this week she could grab the middle ring! She is also pushing up alot more on her tummy and she is just super alert!

The Bumbo!

Eleanor trying out her bumbo. She was happy for about 3 minutes. I only put her in now when I am feeding her otherwise she does not like sitting in it. :)

I made these lanterns for Halloween, decoupage tissue paper. It was great to use up some jars and I'll keep them for next year. Thanks to Trina for the great idea!
